Offense against defense! The Chiefs have bumbled and stumbled into an 0-3 start to the season after losing 24-21 to the Houston Texans. The Texans kicked a game winning field goal with two seconds remaining in the game. QB Trent Green completed 21-of-30 attempts for 224 yards with three scores and an interception for the Chiefs (0-3). TE Tony Gonzalez had eight catches for 106 yards and a score in the loss, which was Kansas City's second straight home loss after the team had won 13 consecutive games in Arrowhead Stadium. Baltimore's Jamal Lewis ran for 186 yards and a touchdown on just 18 carries, as the Ravens defeated Cincinnati, 23-9. QB Kyle Boller completed 11 of 18 attempts as he threw for 126 yards and a touchdown and ran for another score as the Ravens (2-1) won for the second straight time following a 20-3 defeat at Cleveland in Week one. Randy Hymes had four receptions for 61 yards, including a 38-yard touchdown from Boller which put the Ravens up 17-0 in the second quarter. Baltimore is 1-0 SU/ATS at home this season and 8-2 SU, 5-3-2 ATS their last 10 home dates, though one of those defeats was 17-10 to the Chiefs a year ago. The Chiefs are in trouble here as they meet a Ravens squad which played well the past two weeks. The KC running game will struugle mightly here.
